Front View of the National Debt Redemption Movement Memorial Library
Opened in 1919, it is the second public library in Korea to have celebrated its 100th anniversary. Remodeling was carried out from April 1, 2021 to July 2023, and upon reopening on July 31, 2023, the name of the library was changed from Daegu Metropolitan Jungang Library to National Debt Redemption Movement Memorial Library.
On the first and second floors, there are exhibition facilities such as the UNESCO Memory of the World Hall, National Debt Redemption Movement Archives and Spirit Hall, Sharing and Responsibility Hall, Planning Exhibition Hall, and Storage.
